Before I met Basia, I had no idea about what Kundalini yoga is or its benefits. She was my Kundalini yoga instructor at the Y. I was struggling with a lot of things in my life mentally, emotionally, and physically at the time, I met Basia. I had a very bad foot injury and ended up with Plantar fasciitis. Basia provided me an intro to Kundalini, and she has a great aura and healing energy. She showed me ways to use Kundalini practice to deal with my mental and emotional issues. I think the physical issues just fell in place during the course. She performed Reiki and helped me focus on different chakras to maintain balance in life. She used her Tibetian bowls and sound energy as a part of the healing process. During this process, she also introduced me to Yumiko who focused on Sound healing. I attended a few sound healing sessions with Yumiko that helped me regain my focus, confidence, and positive energy. I really appreciate how they take their clients seriously and connect with them on a personal level to understand the bigger picture of what is going on in their lives. It's exciting and assuring that I can work with them to improve myself. Basia is the best thing that happened to me in my life.
